CEO
Eric founded ACS Firm with the vision of offering a fresh management consulting experience to the aviation, transportation, and government industries. His experience spans municipal government, general aviation airports, commercial service airports, and private business. He has managed organizations and their operations, administration and teams and truly has a passion for inclusion and elevating the organizations he works with for future success.
Eric earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Management from Southern Illinois University Carbondale (SIUC). He is currently working toward a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Fitchburg State University and has completed several courses in talent acquisition from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA). He achieved the Certified Member (C.M.) and Airport Certified Employee (ACE) – Operations & ACE Security statuses through the American Association of Airport Executives, is licensed as a Private Pilot and is certified in the Hogan Personality Assessment and is a Certified Facilitator in Civil Treatment and Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion.

initiatives, performing advisory in the government, IT, and healthcare sectors, and developing
people and their teams.

Dena DeRose
Bringing over 20 years of marketing strategy and media experience to ACS Firm, Dena DeRose leverages her extensive knowledge to effectively market to both businesses and candidates. She holds several Google Certifications focusing on marketing and analytics.

Dawn Hunter
Dawn is a strategic airport management and concessions executive with more than 20
years of professional aviation experience leading commercial operations, business development,
and airport partnerships at major U.S. hubs. She is widely recognized for her expertise in
program master planning within the commercial aviation environment.

An award-winning creative director, Sam contributes nearly 20 years of experience to ACS Firm. Holding a BFA in Communications Design, she applies her expertise to transform client information into visually compelling and effective communications.

Raymond Christy
Raymond Christy is a senior public-sector and transportation professional with more than 20 years of experience implementing civil rights and compliance programs within transit and airport entities. Raymond has led DBE and ACDBE compliance programs for the Utah Transit Authority and the Salt Lake City Department of Airports, and has conducted labor compliance for over two decades on federally funded construction projects.
