Finding the right structure for your organization

Organizational Structure and Assessments

Our Assessment Solutions are designed to support our clients in evaluating, managing, developing, retaining, and empowering individuals and teams within their organizations. ACS provides a range of programs, catering to everyone from executive leadership to entry-level employees. These programs include, but are not limited to, human capital strategy, organizational assessments, diversity and inclusion initiatives, leadership and team assessments, succession planning, executive coaching, employee engagement, business resumption and strategic consulting.

Cultural Assessments

In our cultural assessments, we explore three main areas of organizational culture: 1) Cultural Identity; 2) Relationships and Expectations; 3) Cultural Empowerment. Evaluating through this lens allows us to better understand if an organizational culture is inviting, inclusive, encourages a sense of belonging while empowering others to share openly, and allows its team to express themselves authentically.

Strategic Planning

Human Capital

Our in-depth evaluations of each organization and its human capital yield a tailored Human Capital Strategic Plan. Customized for each entity, these plans adopt a people-focused change management approach, finely tuned to uplift the organization while considering its current state. The outcomes vary based on our clients’ specific needs, potentially leading to shifts in team roles, the cultivation of a more inclusive culture, a reimagined organizational structure, and more. Organizations start with a fully engaged team member and a welcoming and inclusive culture that empowers the team to volunteer ideas and make decisions.

Title VI Programs & Implementation

The development and oversight of a comprehensive Title VI Program is required to ensure compliance with federal regulations. This includes the implementation of a Title VI Plan, monitoring and reporting on the organization’s performance in meeting its objectives, and resolving complaints and discrepancies specific to compliance requirements. We provide comprehensive training in the development and oversight of a Title VI Plan, including a detailed overview of the duties and responsibilities of the VI Coordinator, program development, meeting certification requirements, goal setting, performance tracking and reporting, stakeholder training and business outreach initiatives.

Business Certification Consulting

As small and diverse businesses attempt to win work with municipal or government sponsors or being part of a team with a prime contractor, becoming certified as a small and/or diverse business is highly beneficial. These businesses often face the challenge of dedicating significant time and effort to comprehend the certification process. Successfully completing the process requires a substantial investment in learning, akin to acquiring proficiency in a new language, while concurrently managing their day-to-day business operations.

ACS’ Business Certification Consulting is geared to assist small and diverse businesses through the certification process and on to successful establishment and growth of their organization. Our process allows the business to become certified the first time applying. As a follow-up, our team assists you with commercializing your business so you have a solid brand, pitch and materials. The next phase is deliberate introductions and match-making with sponsors and prime contractors, so that your business is able to get in front of the leaders who could potentially offer work.

Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Strategy

A commitment to Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) is a cornerstone to an organization’s ability to develop and retain a successful workforce of the future. It is important that leaders take a strategic approach to developing, implementing, and managing their plans for their organization to achieve their objectives. We support our clients in creating a mission, vision, and program that fosters a culture which values diversity, equity and inclusion for both its employees and the contractor community. Our support includes an assessment of the organization culture and values, and the development of mission and vision statements, strategic and implementation plans, a communication strategy, and metrics utilized to track the performance of the organization.
