Title VI Programs & Implementation

The development and oversight of a comprehensive Title VI Program is required to ensure compliance with federal regulations. This includes the implementation of a Title VI Plan, monitoring and reporting on the organization’s performance in meeting its objectives, and resolving complaints and discrepancies specific to compliance requirements. We provide comprehensive training in the development and oversight of a Title VI Plan, including a detailed overview of the duties and responsibilities of the VI Coordinator, program development, meeting certification requirements, goal setting, performance tracking and reporting, stakeholder training and business outreach initiatives.

Business Certification Consulting

Business Diversity Program Management DBE/ADCBE/WBE/MBE

The development and administration of an effective Business Diversity Program includes the oversight of Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), Airport Concessions Disadvantage Business Enterprise (ACDBE), and Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) Programs. An organization must focus on meeting the compliance requirements for all aspects of the programs, as well as performing outreach efforts to attract diverse businesses to contracting opportunities and provide information and education services targeted to preparing potential contractors for opportunities.
