We collaborate with team members at all levels as we utilize Organizational and Individual Assessments. We assess strengths, leverage existing resources, and identify areas for improvement. Through active listening, we gain a deeper understanding of team member roles and uncover opportunities for growth and enhancement. These services include, but are not limited to, human capital strategy, organizational assessments, diversity and inclusion initiatives, leadership and team assessments, succession planning, executive coaching, employee engagement, business continuity and strategic consulting.

Step 1 : Discovery
We take the time to get to know the challenges in your organization and/or team in order to develop your custom approach.
Step 2: Recommendations
We recommend where to start evaluating and assessing first, based on the observations and the needs that have been communicated to us.
Step 3: Mobilization and Communication
We begin the process with a communications plan for the organization and are transparent with the team about the assessments, potential outcomes, and milestones, all with an underlying focus of actions leading to progress and not retribution.
Step 4: Data Collection & Analysis
We administer assessments, conduct surveys and engage in interviews at all the necessary levels of the organization. We then go through the data and analyze the results to find trends and insights that will guide recommendations.
Step 5: Review Recommendations
We review the key findings from the data captured and develop recommendations to drive successful change based on the results coupled with the organization’s strategic goals. We work with you to modify our initial recommendations based on additional inputs to create a phased plan for implementation that is manageable for your unique team and organization.
Step 6: Implementation
We encourage managed and phased change for any organization. Our phased approach outlines clear next steps in a project schedule that aligns with your leadership’s approved execution plan.

Process & Policy Evaluations
It is important to have regular evaluations and reviews of your organization's internal processes and policies to ensure they are enabling progress for your organization and not holding you back. We evaluate your organization to provide insight and data on what may be causing friction, identifying inconsistencies of process and/or policy application across departments and which policies are outdated or simply roadblocks to success..

People Assessments

Specific proven assessments we use are the Hogan Personality Series, Hogan Emotional Intelligence, and our proprietary Executive Competency Assessment.
We evaluate what type of culture currently exists and if it’s one that is inviting and inclusive of modern organizations of today and tomorrow. We work with leadership to evaluate if the employees feel safe, supported, heard and valued by the organization. If you as the leader do not know where your organization stands, you’re likely overdue for a cultural assessment. Knowing and acting on the cultural data of your organization allows you to be more aware and grants you the ability to train and develop the team towards an improved culture. We encourage our clients to have everyone take the Hogan Personality and the Hogan Emotional Intelligence Assessments. Following the Hogan Assessments, we perform a deeper individual assessment for teams to understand their background, education, experiences and their mastery of executive-level competencies. The collective assessments and evaluation enable us to determine one’s overall mastery of executive leadership as it relates to their specific role. Our unique formula of evaluating people and teams is vital to understanding one’s career path and allows us to work with them to create Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for future growth.
